CollectYourMemories.com allows users to create events, upload, collect, and download photos, videos, and messages through unique QR codes. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed.

• As the event host and account holder, you are responsible for managing your event page and monitoring content uploaded by your guests.
• You must ensure that any content associated with your event does not violate laws, infringe on the rights of others, or contain offensive material.
• You may remove or request removal of inappropriate content uploaded to your event.
• You must ensure that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws.

• Each event is priced as stated on the website (currently €49 per event).
• Hosts may request a full refund up to the day before the selected activation date of their event.
• If a refund is not requested within this timeframe, payments will be non-refundable except where required by law.

• You retain ownership of your uploaded content.
• By using the Service, you grant CollectYourMemories.com a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and manage content as necessary to provide the Service.

• CollectYourMemories.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service is error-free.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
• Users may delete their event data before the end of the 3 month storage period.

CollectYourMemories.com may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which CollectYourMemories.com operates.
